Why Now?

I think God has made a serious mistake. I shouldn't be here. I should have been born about a hundred and fifty years ago. I'd much rather own a small general store in a small Montana town in 1885 or something along those lines. I hate traffic. I hate pissy customers. I hate having to do things quickly. I do appriciate hot running water but giving it up would be a small price to pay. I could ride my horse to the post office. Everything would happen in its own time and nothing could be rushed. It wouldn't be possible when one would have to wait atleast three months for supplies to come in by train. Everything would be glorious! Shut up! Let me have my delusions! Its better that facing reality. Progress sucks.

hello doc, thanks for your props on my blog. i dig your humor. one thought about this last post. progress doesn't suck, doc. progress is what we should count on if we ever want to get our horses back. i'm pretty sure progress will take us straight back to the old berry picking, wild meat hunting, knuckle dragging lifestyles that we all once enjoyed. hazzaa! all we got to do is ride out this yuppy doodaa scootin boogy cyber galactic wave, and eventually somewhere down the line we'll get a little peace and quiet. bye the way, 'castle themed' costume party happening at my place, 'tain castle' 62 ellen, you're invited doc, but you gotta wear 'castle' attire. to progress! - luke
It's called a huderite community. Or you can join the proud ranks of the amish.
By the way I have no idea how to spell huderite.
